Braised Prawns

Ingredients:

500g prawns / 1 table spoon cooking wine / 1 table spoon oil / 1 tea spoon white sugar / 2 green onion /6 slices of ginger / 6 garlic cloves / 3 pickled chili / 3g salt

Directions:

1. Wash the prawns and drain off water; chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Add oil into the cooker, and then add chopped green onion / ginger / garlic / shrimp / pickled pepper / salt /  white sugar / cooking wine.
3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
