Noodles in Shredded Pork Soup with Salted Potherb Mustard

Ingredients:
200g noodles
100g lean pork
50g salted potherb mustard
1 red pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 green onion
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
2g salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
- Wash the pork and shred; wash the mustard and cut into sections; wash red pepper and shred.
- Add oil to Ropot, and then add green onion, shredded pork, salted potherb mustard, red pepper, soy sauce, salt, white sugar and sesame oil.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry” to make seasoning for noodles. After the program is completed, put it in a bowl.
- Add boiled water into the cooker and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”. Well cook the noodles and put it in a bowl. Pour the prepared seasoning on the noodles and add broth.
