Ingredients:
170g rice stick noodles 1/3 cup chili sauce
¼ cup fish sauce ¼ cup lime juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 garlic cloves, minced 4 shallots, sliced
1 sweet green pepper, sliced 1 red pepper, sliced
1 egg, lightly beaten 110g medium tofu, cubed
2 cups of bean sprouts 6 green onions, sliced
½ cup chopped coriander 1 cup large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup chopped roasted peanuts 3 lime slices
Directions:
- In a large bowl, soak noodles in warm water until flexible, about 15 minutes; drain and place in large dry bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, ½ cup water and chili paste; set aside.
- Add oil to Ropot, then add garlic, shallots, green and red pepper, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, green onion, shrimp, noodle and mixed sauce.
- Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”. Then press “+” key to add an extra 2 minutes. Once the program is completed, add peanuts, coriander sprigs and lime before serving.
