Ingredients:
350g rainbow trout fillet
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon black pepper
1 table spoon cooking oil
Directions:
- Marinate rainbow trout fillet with salt and pepper. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Add oil to Ropot, close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Pan-fry”.
- Press “+” key to add an extra 3 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, open the lid and turn the rainbow trout fillet and then close the lid.
