Pork Ribs and Lotus Roots Soup

Ingredients:
300g spare ribs
300g lotus roots
2 green onion
2 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon cooking wine
5g salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
5 cups of water
Directions:
- Wash spare ribs and cut into 3cm pieces. Peel off lotus roots and cut into chunks. Wash ginger and cut in half. Wash green onion and cut.
- Add water, rib sections, one slice of ginger and cooking wine to the Ropot. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”.
- After the program is completed, fish out the ribs and drain off water.
- Refill the pot with fresh water. Then add one slice of ginger, ribs, green onion, lotus roots, salt, chili powder and cooking wine to Ropot.
- Press the “Function” key to select “Stew”. After the program is completed, keep the lid closed for 10 minutes before serving.
