Ingredients:
500g prawns
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 green onion
6 slices of ginger
6 garlic cloves
3 marinated chili
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Wash the prawns and drain; chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add oil to Ropot, and then add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, shrimp, marinated pepper, salt, white sugar and cooking wine.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
