Sautéed Shredded Pork Tripe

Ingredients:
300g cooked pork tripe
1 green and 1 red sweet peppers
1 tablespoon oil 1 table spoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon soybean sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 green onion
2 slices of ginger
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
- Shred the pork tripe, scald thoroughly in boiled water and then drain; wash the green, red sweet peppers and cut into strips; chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add oil to Ropot, and then add green onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soybean sauce, shredded tripe, green and red sweet peppers, salt and white sugar.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
