Ingredients:
800g lamb
3g angelica root
2 green onion
6 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon Pixian bean paste
1 tablespoon sweet soybean paste
2g salt
Directions:
- Wash the lamb and cut into chunks. Immerse the lamb in boiled water for 5 minutes and drain off water. Cut green onion into section. Crush the ginger.
- Add the ingredients to Ropot and add clear soup (cover the ingredients).
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stew” (add time according to the recipe).
- After the program is completed, keep the lid closed for 10 minutes until the lamb is well-cooked.
