Stewed Beef with Tomato

400g beef ribs
200g tomato
2 hawthorn fruits
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 slices of ginger
1 table spoon cooking wine
3g salt
1 green onion
3 cups of water
Directions:
- Wash the beef ribs, dice and scald in boiled water. Immerse the tomato in boiled water, peel off and dice; chop ginger and cut green onion.
- Add oil to Ropot, and then add green onion, ginger, beef, hawthorn fruits, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and water (over the beef).
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stew”.
- After the program is completed, add tomatoes and press the “Function” key to select “Stew”.
