Stewed Chicken with Mushroom

Ingredients:
800g Chicken
5 mushrooms
5 chestnuts
1 tablespoon oil
1 green onion
3 slices of ginger
2 dried pepper
2 aniseed
1 tablespoon cooking wine
5g salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
5 cups of water
Directions:
- Wash the chicken and cut into small chunks; soak the mushroom in boiled water for 10 minutes and wash; cut green onion into sections and ginger into slices.
- Add oil to Ropot, then add green onion, ginger, chicken chunks, mushroom, chestnut, dried pepper, aniseed, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, chili powder and water.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”, then press “+” key to add an extra 10 minutes (time can be increased or decreased if necessary).
