Stir-fried Shredded Potato with Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

350g potatoes

1 tablespoon oil

1 hot pepper

½ tea spoon salt

1 green onion

2 slices of ginger

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon white vinegar

Directions: 

  1. Wash, peel and shred the potatoes. Immerse potatoes in fresh water. Finely chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and shred the hot peppers.
  2. Add oil into the cooker; add green onion, ginger, garlic, hot pepper, shredded potato, salt and white vinegar in order.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
