Sweet and Sour Pork with Pepper

Ingredients:
200 g pork tenderloin
Half red sweet pepper
Half green sweet pepper
2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee sweet and sour sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
- Cut sweet pepper into slices and press the “Power” key to turn on Ropot.
- When the “Pre-heat” completes, add oil, pork and sweet peppers to Ropot. Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”. Press “+” key to add an extra 1 minute.
- When the program completes, add sweet and sour sauce and press “Toss” key.
