Tofu with Green and Red Pepper

Ingredients:
400g tofu
1 green pepper
1red pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 green onion
2 slices of ginger
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon salt
1 garlic bolt
1 tablespoon water starch
Directions:
- Wash tofu and dice into thumb size; wash green pepper and red pepper and cut into small diamond shape pieces; wash garlic bolt and cut into shorter lengths; finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add oil to Ropot, and then add green onion, ginger, garlic, tofu, garlic bolt, green pepper, red pepper and salt.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Manual”.
- Dress with water starch then press the “Toss” key.
